These terms apply to Frontdesk at frontdesk.womencanstartup.com, a product of Women Can Startup. By using the service, you accept these terms.

What you get

An account, a business page at a link you choose, and a dashboard to manage it. The first 7 days are free and we do not ask for a card. After that it is ₹399 a month for businesses in India, or $10 a month everywhere else, billed automatically through Razorpay until you cancel. Your billing currency is set once, from where you sign up, and does not change afterwards. Features we add later are included at no extra cost.

Cancel any time from your dashboard. Billing stops at the end of the period you have paid for, and your page stays public until that date. Full detail is in the refunds and cancellation policy.

What we do not do

We do not take payments from your customers. We do not hold their money. We do not handle your bookings, appointments or scheduling beyond collecting the enquiry itself.

A "Book now" or "Get a quote" button opens a WhatsApp message to you with the service already mentioned. Confirming the actual time, taking payment, and delivering the service are entirely between you and your customer. Any dispute about a booking is yours to settle.

Your account

Please keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done from your account. If you think someone else has access, tell us and we will help you secure it.

What you can put on your page

Only content that belongs to you, and only services that are legal to offer in India. Do not upload photos you do not have the right to use. Do not describe a service as something it is not. Do not list restricted or banned services.

If a page breaks these rules we can suspend it. We will tell you the reason when we do.

Your content stays yours. We store and show it so that your page works. We may also show your page as an example of the product, unless you ask us not to.

Service availability

We try our best to keep the service running. We cannot promise that it will never go down. We may change or remove features.

If we ever have to close the service, we will inform you by email at least 90 days before. You will get a way to download your services, team, gallery and lead list before it closes.

Closing your account

You can close your account any time. Just write to us. Refunds are covered in the refunds and cancellation policy.

We may close an account that breaks these terms. If the mistake is not deliberate, we will first ask you to correct it.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost bookings, lost income or any indirect loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us. Nothing here removes liability that cannot legally be removed.

Governing law

Indian law applies to these terms. Indian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes to these terms

If we make a change that affects you, we will email you before it applies.
